- What is Art of Living course all about?
The course is designed to enable one to release layers of stress, removing
blocks to the increased energy and joy natural to the human condition. Most

course?
The Art of Living course integrates modern methods with timeless
wisdom. Ancient practices of yoga and rhythms of breathing are combined
in novel ways. Practical wisdom forms an integral part of the course. A
6-session programme across 6 consecutive days (each session lasts 2 to 3
hours) helps increase energy, positivity, confidence and creativity.

Course?
Students are taught yogic breathing and a powerful rhythmic breathing technique
called the Sudarshan Kriya. Research studies published in scientific journals
